When we first started working with The Breakfast club we set up a comprehensive drainage maintenance and grease management programme. We have upgraded existing and installed new grease traps to help keep their restaurants running smoothly, as well as be compliant with current guidelines.

FUN FACT!
The original breakfast club opened in Soho and was so popular from launch it was a common occurrence to see crowds queuing around the corner, just waiting for a table. Luckily, they now have many more sites to cater to their clients and their popularity is continuing to grow.
