One site, located on the 1st floor of a popular shopping center, had a low pressure water supply, meaning the restaurant could not operate. We installed a booster set that fed an attenuation tank and was subsequently boosted to each outlet.

Five Guys
After demonstrating our capabilities with Five Guy’s drainage requirements, we were then awarded the contract for maintaining their 3 phase hot water cylinders. We hadn’t worked on this type of cylinder before but by working with the manufacturer and our dedicated team, we were able to offer a solution.
Nando’s
A Nando’s site had historical issues with hot water. A new hot water cylinder was installed with a secondary return to assist with the speed of supply of hot water to sink outlets. This had to be done without affecting the building fabric. A 10 night project was completed in 8, leaving the restaurant operational, with hot water after each visit. We even saved the client on the remedial budget for decorating as the install was achieved without damaging existing decor.
Dishoom
An out of hours call out came through that we couldn’t attend in the agreed SLA on the night of the Flow-Right staff Christmas party. The MD and CEO jumped in the tanker, resolving the issue and keeping the restaurant open to trade.
Four Seasons
The mechanical floats controlling the level in the pump station were found to be unreliable. An ultrasonic level control device was spec’d and installed reducing call outs for the pump station to almost zero.
Savoy
We were engaged to undertake a full survey with remedial works of the hotel from the top floor to the basement. During the work we identified and replaced all lead pipework in the building for potable water services. The operation took nearly 12 months and was done in preparation for a massive refurbishment.
