The Goring

The hotel called us out to a property that was part of their estate. The basement of the property was flooding out due to blocked drainage. After the line was cleared, it was inspected with CCTV camera equipment to find a buried interceptor chamber. A quotation was submitted to break up the hidden chamber to allow access in future. The chamber was covered by a stone slab floor that would be difficult to match so the team undertaking the work very carefully removed the stonework. They were then able to cut it down to size to refit into the new chamber cover. This job meant that the entire system was accessible for maintenance and emergency issues while minimising the flooring costs and stress of finding matching materials.
